We ship to addresses in the United States. All shipments are handled with care to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all subscriptions. There are no additional shipping charges or hidden fees.

Delivery Timeline

We ship with USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Priority. USPS deliveries typically arrive within 5 days coast-to-coast. UPS is typically faster. Occasionally packages get delayed; we’ll assist as best we can, but USPS requires a 15-day wait from the ship date before a missing-mail claim can be filed. Email team@unusual.coffee for help.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can also view your shipment status in your account dashboard.

You can update your shipping address at any time through your account settings. Please make changes before your next shipment date to ensure delivery to the correct address.
